[FR] Text template based on user's selected language

When only using two languages, one can paste both texts in the template, but it's not a very elegant solution and it can be a bit problematic when using more than 2.

It would be nice if DA could pick the template from a language folder, using the user's settings to pick the right one.

also should be nice to set the language from package setup, so, you can manage to set a default language per-package

@SeLLeRoNe: language selection is already in the packages. Ensure you're using a DA skin and newish version of DirectAdmin.
