FR: We need domain_modify_pre/post scripts

I assumed domain_change_post.sh was there to handle domain modifications, but it's apparently only in use when the user changes the name of the domain.

Could we please get pre/post scripts for CMD_ADDITIONAL_DOMAINS?

This will be the only way we can catch when IPs are added/removed to/from the account, correct?
Seems like ip_change_post.sh only catches a change of main IP.
