Hello, in area admin of directadmin I create a reseller package with example 5000 E-mail Accounts maximum allowed, then reseller user can not create emails obove of 5000, is this how work ?

Note: Allow Overselling is disabled and E-mail Accounts it's just an example can be domains, databases, etc.

5000 limit for reseller will allow this reseller to spread between his user-accounts up to 5000 email-accounts.
he can set for his users from unlimited to 5000 accounts total. If he set for users unlimited - users can randomly create any quantity of email-accounts till totally reached 5000 under this reseller.

As far as I know there is none.
It just all explains itself. What is set as a maximum is just the maximum for that current user using the package or the reseller using that package.
So 5000 e-mail accounts = max 5000 e-mail accounts, so if the reseller creates a user with 5000 e-mail accounts, any other user he wants to create can't have an e-mail account anymore, except maybe the system account, I'm not sure if that is not counted or if it will thrown an error on user creation if no e-mail accounts are available anymore.
Same for the other settings.

If you are unsure about some setting, you can always ask here on the forums.

You mean that he can only create packages with for example max. 500 mail accounts per user he creates?
Not that I'm aware of. You can limit the max. number of users he can create in a package if I remember correctly.

There is some documentation provide here:

From DA - you can't, only with hard custom things like you will create for reseller his user packages and lock his config files from ssh as root by chattr.

But still his unlimited packages for users - will be still limited by upper limit that you set for him as admin.
