Frontpage authentiction problem

Hi
I am facing problem with frontpage authentication with all of my sites on DA
I have searched this forum regarding this and tried but no success

I also tried enabling disabling FP, changing the passwords, with and without www on different sites but FP displays login/password dialog again and again. It dont let to login
Any suggestion

Did you completely remove FP extensions and then re-installed them? Check the log files for error messages to help in troubleshooting the problem?
