I signed up for an izfree.com free website. My experience is with Frontpage 2003. I need to enable Frontpage extensions, but don't see where I can do that. I went to the help section as well. The help section says to go to control panel. Where on earth is this control panel? Seemed like it would be on the DirectAdmin page, but nothing related shows there.

Oh where, oh where could it be?

Thanks

Microcrap hasn't provided front page extensions for nearly 3 years. Most hosts can't support it any longer.

Please note: effective June 30, 2006 the Microsoft FrontPage 2002 Server Extensions for UNIX have been End-of-Lifed. The FAQ, Discussion Groups, and other documentation have been removed as this material is the property of Microsoft.

RTR can no longer provide the FPSE's for download or distribution. RTR will not respond individually to your request for the Server Extensions.

There are no plans for a FP2003 Server Extensions for UNIX release. Please refer to Microsoft for additional information:

Ready-to-Run Software will still provide support for FPSE 2002 for existing installations on operating system/Apache combinations that were considered supported at the end of June 2006. With the conclusion of RTR's support agreement with Microsoft, we can no longer provide the initial free response/suggestions that we have in the past. If you are in need of support for the FrontPage 2002 Server Extensions for UNIX please contact [email protected].

I need to enable Frontpage extensions

You do not need FrontPage Extensions in order to use FrontPage as a web design tool. Use the ftp method built into FrontPage to publish your site.

indeed this is true and DA say they wont allow this as they are not licenced to install this, but look at http://www.site-helper.com/frontpage.html as they are still listing how to enable this when infact they no longer offer or support this, so maybe its time after 3 years to have this part removed from site helper.
