Frontpage Missing link in DA

Hi,
I have just setup another server using DA as my Control Panel (The guys at DA installed it for me and all has been going good).

However, I have just noticed that the link to "FrontPage Extensions" is completely missing!!

Do I have to enable this link from somewhere? (It's just that I didn't on any of my last servers).
