Frustrated. Why is nobody answering the phones?

I have been trying to call the sales number since last Thursday and only get a message about being unavailable. This doesn't bode very well for a company that wants to sell a product. I understand yesterday was a Canadian Thanksgiving day but what about today? If there is anyone from DA online, please offer an explaination. My company is interested in your product but if I continue to get a recording we will go to cPanel who atleast answers their phones.:confused:
 
Thanks. I have emailed them though actually talking to someone is always a bonus.

Go with cPanel if you want, but please don't cry when it will break :)
 
I guess my point wasn't clear. My company doesn't want to use cPanel but it hasn't been easy trying to contact DA. I have read the forums for both cPanel and DA and it is clear to me that DA is the product that my company needs to use.
