When I create an FTP account i need to restart the Pure-FTPD daemon before the account actually works. Same issue when resetting the FTP Password. Is this a bug?
Though I don't have information regarding your issue, I'd like to ask you please post here more details: version of directadmin, version of Pure-FTPd. Do you see any errors related to the issue in logs?
