FTP account not working

Hi,

I have added an FTP account to my site. But I am unable to FTP to my site using that account. My FTP client is keep on asking for password. I am sure, the password I entered is correct. What can be the problem?

are you sure the ftp username you entered is in [email protected] this format?

Yes I have entered the username in that format only.

If DirectAdmin isn't running the way it's documented, then you should contact your hosting company to check the difficulty.

These forums are for hosting companies who use the DirectAdmin Control Panel, but we don't know anything about your account or the settings on the server hosting your account.

So we really can't help you.
