FTP Accounts Bug/Oversight?

This has only come to my attention via some of my customers....... Say if you add a ftp account with a custom path, which that path is incorrect (which DA states this when you submit), as well as the error, it still creates the account with that path, then needing to be deleted manually via DA... It shouldn't add it should it?

I know I personally make use of that method.. I know that I will be creating the folder, just after I create the ftp account. DA tells me, then I remember I have not yet done it. It saves me from having to type all of the ftp account info in again. Design choice.. bug.. can probably be viewed as either depending on who you are.
