FTP connection from Windows not work but mac work...

Im trying to connect on my ftp.
with osx on my mac i don't have problem...

When i use a PC in the same home or anywhere i can't get the directory listing.
Eatch time i get failed to retrive directory listing, i test several ftp client and nothing
passive/active mode not change... I test on friend PC too with win7 win 8 and win 8.1 with desactivate firewall and nothing more...

I test with different user and different name and no directory listing alway's but on osx mac no problem....

Im lost now i don't know what to do....

Are you using passive mode FTP on windows? Also, do you have passive mode ports defined in your proftpd/pure-ftpd configuration on your server?

i have fail2ban installed not CSF, i try active and passive mode on windows and nothing work.

Make sure you've got opened passive ports in firewall when you try to use passive mode in a FTP-client.
