ftp error in during Backup Creation

hello
I'm creating backup in Admin Backups menu with ftp.
ftp is ok im use ftp program transfer file
in ftp backup show this error
connect to xxx.xxx.xx.xx:50090 failed: Connection refused.
connect to xxx.xxx.xx.xx:50091 failed: Connection refused.
connect to xxx.xxx.xx.xx:50092 failed: Connection refused.
Falling back to PORT instead of PASV mode.
Could not accept a data connection: Connection timed out.
Could not read reply from control connection -- timed out.
Transfer failed. Check the path value. (error=3)
FTP information invalid.

Please help me.

Falling back to PORT instead of PASV mode.

Be sure that in your firewall, you have at least outgoing port 20 and 21 open. I also open passive port range.

Also check the FTP logs of the receiving system.

What do the logs of the receiving system say?

Seems there's something wrong with the path you setup to your remote FTP:

Transfer failed. Check the path value. (error=3)

You might check that out too.

Also the receiving system seems to have another pasv port range then DA does.
If you might need pasv (receiving system behind NAT), you have to open the port range that system is using too, or at least a part of it.
