I Own A VPS Server.
When I Try To Login To The FTP Its Stoping And I Have An Error.
Here What I See:

*I Translated It For You From Hebrew.

Please Help.

Seems that the folder have wrong permission or user is trying to acces on a wrong path.

And how i can fix this problem?

That seems to me, it has nothing with wrong permissions.

Try to disable Passive Mode (enable Active Mode) in your favorite FTP client.

i think its the wrong permission because the error started i installed the pure ftp.
And when i hed the proftpd it worked.
And now even if i install the pro ftpd i have the same problem.

Some one know how i can change thepermissions?
