FTP information invalid

*** Unable to get list ***
Please install /usr/bin/ncftpls by running:
cd /usr/local/directadmin/scripts
./ncftp.sh
FTP information invalid.

I'm getting the above error when trying to run Admin/backup. Please advise me.

Now getting a different message

ncftpls: Could not change directory: server said: Can't change directory to home: No such file or directory
/usr/bin/ncftpls returned error code 5
FTP information invalid.

I set the path as follows

ftp://IP Address/public_html

do note that FTP is in itself is not secure and thus FTPS with a valid SSL certificate should be used.
But ncftp does not support FTPS.

good deal. It is true FTP in any form is unsafe.

Pulling backups are best.
