ftp into user backups

I need to download my user backups via ftp.

here is my path to the directory where they are at:
/home/hosting/user_backups

here is my hosting control panel URL:
https://hosting.professionaladminteam.com

how can i access the user area for my backups via ftp?

would it be: ftp.hosting.professionaladminteam.com ?

please help if you can.
