FTP issue with owned IP's

This may be a cosmetic issue, but when creating a FTP account for an owned IP, the url is appended with &owned=yes....... If you click the Create FTP account again in the HTM_FTP_CREATE page:
i.e

user » domain » Ftp Setup » Create FTP account

the &owned=yes disappears.......
