Ftp Issue

Hi,

Today got issue while access using ftp. Client want to use mget to get multiple file but could not use it. The file is there but seem it like cannot 'see' the file. Is it directadmin update? A few week ago, client said still can use mget/mput . Please show me the way.

Getting error:

ftp> mget *.csv
Can't check for file existence
