FTP Issue

Hi,

I don't know why I can't connect to my ftp....
It's like proftpd where down or if the server where unreachable :S

But the server is on ... and proftpd is running (no errors, nothing strange in the log :s)
So I don't know why this happen.
It was working just fine and the only thing I can think of doing between the time it was working and its current status is that I added an account.

It's not my firewall wich is bloking the acces because in SSH I can't connect either and the firewall isn't on the computer ...

I try restarting the service, rebooting the computer but not working.

Anyone knows what's going on ?
 
Can you access ftp from a different computer? (preferably one not on the same network or isp as the current one your having trouble with?)
 
Does not work every where in France, not in Quebec ... but the most important part is that even on the server it self I can't get access
 
Ok the old &)*$#* IP in the proftpd.vhosts.conf
but I thaught it was blocking proftpd from launching it self up ... ??
