Hope someone can help this poor newbie ...

I subscribed to a reseller account that has these features:

IP's - 10
Class C's - 10
IP's per Class C - 1
Nameservers - 10
Total Storage - 10,000 meg
Total Bandwidth - 100 gig
OS - CentOS 5
Control Panel - Direct Admin
MySQL databases - 40
Domains - 40
Subdomains - 80

I have 30 domains that I want to spread evenly across the 10 IPs. But when I got to the 12th domain I was blocked from going further. It said I was limited to only 11 FTP accounts. The reseller stats page shows I have unlimited ftp accounts but lists the maximum usage at 11 ??? Also, what good is being allowed 40 domains (see above) if I am allowed only 11 ftp accounts?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks!

You have to ask your hosting provider. They probably limited the amount of ftp accounts you can make. This is support from the control panel NOT for your hosting service.

davetish,

Are you creating ftp accounts, domains, or user accounts? If the limit is on ftp accounts you should still be able to set up multiple users. You should probably try sharing all IP#s, and then setting up users for those IPs. That should work.
