ftp management

I have a domain registered on another domain, and i am trying to find out
why the username and password that i created for my ftp account do not
work and will not connect to my site, my site is pointing towards this ip but
it will not accept my new ftp username & password.

We're not magicians. You should check here, and even so, probably check with your hosting provider rather than with us.
