FTP on a separate ip does not connect

As soon as I select an account separate un address under it can not connect to ftp. returning the account to the general Ip everything will be connected without any problems. tried to do it on different servers. effect is the same ... as a result now plugging. I can not translate the client on a separate ip as he remains without ftp. What's the problem. Thank you.

Post FTP server logs, or FTP client error messages.

UPD: Remember, until current DA version, with setting account on a private IP, additional FTP login change its format from [email protected] to simple ftplogin1.

With all private IP's your clients will need to specify the domain to log into FTP.
