FTP permisions

Can someone tell me if its possible to crate ftp account with permissions?

so user cannot delete files move etc..

Once you create the ftp account you make permissions changes to the directories through the DirectAdmin File Manager.

Or you can learn how to write proftpd configuration files .

Have you read the documentation ProFTPd on their website? It's very thorough and it covers everything.
