FTP Problems

When I look at the "FTP Management" page of my DirectAdmin site, my only FTP account has the "Password" and "Select" fields empty. I cannot log in to FTP, and I can't edit or delete this account because I can't select the account to begin with.

Any ideas? I can't create a new one because my limit is one.

When your limit is one account, that means it's limited to the account your hosting provider gave you for uploading your site. It should use the same username and password as your control panel login, and it can't be deleted. If you need more, you should check with your hosting provider.

I tried my DirectAdmin control panel login info, and that didn't work either...

Did I miss something here/

Perhaps but you'll have to check with your hosting provider for help specific to their system.
