FTP server and MySQL server

where do i find the adress of the FTP server and Mysql server please?

found the FTP server. just need the MySQL server now

here's the deal i hired a pro programmer for the very hard job ahead to get me started and he needs to know the MySQL Server. could someone answer me where i can get this info?

You have to ask your hosting provider!

localhost if its on the same server.... if not then it'll be I.P:3306

If it's the login details you need, then yes, ask your provider.
