ftp - uploading files

Hello, I'm using fetch on mac to upload files, but just can't make it work, the host domain is the problem, it tell me there is no host under that name. should the name of my web page (http://contemplarte.net) go in here ??? please any help would be much appreciated.

Don't add http:// if your trying to use the ftp protocol

You'll need to contact your hosting provider to find out what your domain/address is.
