FTP user - change password?

There is a lovely interface for Email users to change their password:

http://yourdomain:2222/CMD_CHANGE_EMAIL_PASSWORD

Is there a similar feature for FTP users?

/CMD_FTP_SHOW?DOMAIN=domain.com&user=example
through the interface, however I don't think there's anything in the API for this.
