Full Backup of users on server and reinstall the server

Hi,
I'm New here! i have to get full backup of my customers and reinstall the server and restore the backups, so the full backup from admin side in directadmin is enogh or i have to get backup from some other parts too ?
and how to do it in shell ?

Admin level backup is all you need.

A recent test showed us that if you use /etc/virtual/limit_USERNAME files you may need to move them manually.

Jeff! i didnt get you, could you give me more info ?

It would mean, that you need manually move the files from one server to another, when you move users.

I think he means he would like an explanation about what /etc/virtual/limit_USERNAME is or where can be seen that this function is somewhere enabled in DA.
