Full Usage and Error logs result in a 404!

2) Click the domain.com
3) Click on Your Account: Site Summary / Statistics / Logs

Under Log Type

Apache Usage Log [Full Usage Log] [10 lines] [100 lines]
Apache Error Log [Full Error Log] [10 lines] [100 lines]

Full Usage and Error logs result in a 404.
The 10 and 100 lines (both) result in blank data.

Has the tally been run since these accounts were created as well as some sort of usage in all the logs for them to actually be created?
Check the logs directory for that users logs and their contents. If they don't exist, that would be your problem, creating some usage for that user and then running the tally should correct the problem.

Are webalizer statistics working?

There are monthly user logs in the logs dir..

But are they being parsed adding to bandwidth usage and webalizer stats? Are they in the correct Directory that DirectAdmin expects them in and do they have correct permissions?
