Someone from ns1.tonserveur.com [195.140.143.75], port 20 wants to connect to port 3963 owned by 'GAIM.EXE' on your computer

How to stop this?

Is there a way to prevent a ip from coming on to the server?

It would seem that they DID stop it if their firewall reported it instead of making the connection.

Use IPTables to block the IP from accessing the box. (www.shorewall.net is the best firewall script I've found)
