Galera missing required libboost and socat on Alma 8.

Galera is installed with MariaDB by custombuild.

When I do a yum check on an Alma 8 machine, it shows this:

galera-4-26.4.16-1.el8.x86_64 has missing requires of libboost_program_options.so.1.66.0()(64bit)
galera-4-26.4.16-1.el8.x86_64 has missing requires of socat

Seems some required elements were not installed on Alma with Mariadb?
