I have a problem here.
There is one user with a static IP that always cannot access Direct Admin (2222), the message is his IP Blacklisted, but access to the website and email are all smooth.
Meanwhile, other users who use different IPs have no problem, can access DA, Web, and Email all smoothly.
I checked the Blacklist list and there was no IP that was said to be on the Blacklist.
I even put the IP into the Whitelist.
I checked BFM and CSF, none listed the IP address of that user as blacklisted.
Still, access to the DirectAdmin control panel is IP Blacklisted.
Why is this?
