get user information by API request

i made

"CMD_API_SHOW_USERS"

request which gave me list of my users.
tha i triesd to get

"/CMD_API_SHOW_USER_CONFIG?user=<username>"

and this request fails for all users with mesage:

Cannot show user | You don't have control over that user

can anyone tell what is wrong ?

Do you call API as admin or reseller? Did you try to change it?

i`m working as reseller.

access granted by hosting provider. but they can not explain and directs me to manual.
manual does not explain also....

I don't see any issue with the API call either with admin or reseller (on my end). Try and open the request in a browser (login as a reseller first) and then do the API call.
