Getting "error reading db file, can't open file /etc/bind/[domain.com].db for reading

i'm trying to change my DNS settings and email settings for one of our websites, but this is the only one i am having issues with accessing at the admin and user level. continuing to get

can't open file /etc/bind/[mydomain.com].db for reading


Need help fixing this issue can't seem to find the answer in other forums.

Create the missing file then with DNS records in it copied and updated from another DNS zone.
