Getting the message "This IP is being shared among many domains"

I have two IPs on my server.
When I try to browse the second IP I am getting the message:
This IP is being shared among many domains.

It seems that the problem is related to the fact that this IP is listed as free in the IP Management option.

IP Status Reseler
62.128.59.151 Free syro

How do I bind an IP to a reseller? How to resolve this problem?

On the reseller level I don't see the second IP that was allocated.

How can the second IP be added on the reseller level?

You're browsing on reseller Level for user Admin, not syrolight. Check it out by logging in as syrolight user.
