getting trial license

ive got a directadmin server that i want to upgrade. i though want to do this paralell with the server i have online.

i guess the license goes pr ipadresse, so i wonder if its possible to get a temporary license to do this migration, so i then can configure my new server and then change my ip on the new server back to the old one.
