Getting wrong name servers added to DNS entries...

When we add a new user/domain it's not putting the correct name servers in the DNS for the NS entries.

Where is the user.conf template and from which file is it grabbing it's name server variables?

You can change the nameservers users are created with in the admin reseller level in the Nameservers page.
