Hello
I have multiple domains which are using email service on the same Directadmin server.
I can send emails to Gmail addresses without problem on domains which are using local DNS.
But I can not send email to a Gmail address from a domain which is using external DNS.
I'm setting up dkim, dmarc, and spf records on external DNS. And all checks on mxtoolbox.com are fine for those records.
I also sent successfully an email to mxtoolbox.com delivery checking email, and it shows no error.

The Gmail error is below:

host gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
550-5.7.1 Gmail has detected that this message is
550-5.7.1 likely unsolicited mail. To reduce the amount of spam sent to Gmail,
550-5.7.1 this message has been blocked. Please visit
550-5.7.1 https://support.google.com/mail/?p=UnsolicitedMessageError for more
550 5.7.1 information.

Additionally, I used another service, appmaildev.com, but it also shows that everything is fine.

But I can not send email to a Gmail address from a domain which is using external DNS.
Seems this is the reason:
550-5.7.1 Gmail has detected that this message is
550-5.7.1 likely unsolicited mail. To reduce the amount of spam sent to Gmail,
This could be content of the mail. Most likely even.

You already tested and discovered yourself that this is not a DA problem or caused by DA as mail with local DNS is working fine to Gmail.

Try to fix it with this link:

Thank you for the response, I also checked Postmaster tools but I don't see any info there. This is written on all subpages:

"No data to display at this time. Please come back later.
Postmaster Tools requires that your domain satisfies certain conditions before data is visible for this chart. Refer to the help page for more details."

I was sending emails from this domain two months ago, and I had to destroy the mail server and move the domain to another server, the mail never worked again.

I did not state it is related to DA, and I asked because there could be someone who experienced a similar problem or may offer some other tool to check the real cause of the problem.

There is no problem with mail content, I tried multiple different unique content which has nothing related to spam.

Postmaster Tools requires that your domain satisfies certain conditions before data is visible for this chart.
Did you satisfie those conditions? If yes, then the only thing you probably can do is wait because for some reason Google still finds the mail or mail domain is or has been sending unsollicited mail to Gmail.

Since everything else is in good order as you say and screenshots show, there is little else you or we can do.

I did not state it is related to DA
Correct, I just stated it as additional information because we often get kindlike questions from people thinking a DA setting can fix this.
Ofcourse it's no problem that you ask in case somebody else experienced the same issue and maybe has a solution for it.

I might want to take an additional look for you (for free) if you want, but then I need to know the domain name, if you want you can also pm that to me. You are free to take me up to my offer, I won't be offended if you don't, it's up to you.

Thank you very much.
I will pm the domain to you.
Strangely, I have a client who is using the same external DNS and the same server for emails, and his emails work fine and he can send emails to Gmail without a problem.

Isn't there any postmaster address for Gmail just like with hotmail/outlook that you can send a mail if you get blocked to have your block investigated if everything else is in good order?

I changed the ptr record to point to the hostname of the server with Richard's suggestion.

I sent them(Gmail) an email about the issue, but it seems their reply time is 2 weeks. My emails still get refused with the same error.

This domain never gets involved and bulk email sending or spamming. I did not even use it for a couple of months for emails.

In general, Google's suggestion is to set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, and not to use spammy words/links inside email content.

Finally, Gmail stopped rejecting my emails.
I haven't changed any settings.
Thanks to everybody who tried to help out with the issue.
