Google WorkSpace Setup Guide 2023

We have been using Google Workspace for a very long time now and many of our customers use it too. Recently we started getting tickets that customers aren't able to configure their WorkSpace correctly and after some research, we did notice that Google Recently changed their configuration method completely.

We used to configure 5 Different MX Records and 1 TXT Record to glue our Domain Name with Google but now you just need to add a single MX Record and 1 TXT for Domain Verification

What are MX records? When someone sends a message to [email protected], the sender's computer looks up the MX records for @your-company.com to figure out where to deliver that email message

This change only for users after 2023, But some users who joined earlier than 2023 still use the old records.

Do you try change to "smtp.google.com." for user earlier than 2023? did it works?
