Normally all my email from my business are forwarded to my home email .
This always works and cannot be a problem from my webshop so i suppose it's my host . This is the problem :

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

********@pandora.be
(ultimately generated from mail@********.be)
Unrouteable address

It could have something to do with smtp-pandora.telenet-ops.be not knowing anything about "********" as a username, since that is the host the MX record is pointing at. Without knowing all the info, like log entries from /var/log/exim/mainlog it would be really hard to debug this. That is just a common bounce email saying the user doesn't exist, but doesn't give any real clue as to why it is happening.

Generally unrouteable address means the server trying to deliver the email couldn't find the recipient domain in DNS. Check for misspellings
