| Lot of unwanted files shown in my admin file manager , hosted sites are getting down automatically and injecting unwanted files into my file manager , now showing shared ip , suspended , default folders in my File manager , am not creating this files |

this files only in admin/reseller account.
From "default" - system copies files to new accounts (you can put there some demo-page, or AD)
when account suspended - document root in it will be replaced to point to reseller's "suspeded" dir, where you can put your info-page
and so on..

perfectly normal. system files. as you can have resellers and customers, and customers can have multiple domains, you as admin are in a higher directory level than normal users. even as normal user, you have folders above the public_html dir.
