1) Make as admin a reseller with a domain (for example x.com)
2) Log in with that reseller account and make an user account with the same domain (in the example x.com)
3) Log out as user en login as reseller, go the user level.
4) Configure mail settings, upload a website, configure dns settings.
5) Now go the reseller level and delete the 'plain' user account created in step 2
All 'plain' user level settings (not the reseller user) (dns, mail) are vanished except the website & mysql wich is linked to the reseller account.
You can manually insert dns settings again with the admin user and if you want to have mail working you have to edit the /etc/virtual/domains and /etc/virtual/domainowners and add the domain in both files.
Also you you have to recreate manually the mail accounts with passwords.
