hello,How long will it take to wait for Directadmin's email reply?

It takes as long as it takes.
It's not like baking a cake for a set time.
Depending on your problem / question it will take the required time.
 
but my problem is my directadmin account maybe be hacked.
Are you a user or an admin?
Do you own a VPS / Dedicated server?

Or do you rent hosting space at a hostingcompany and are you not able to maintain server updates, directadmin updates etc?

Besides that, DA can not manage your server account etc.

I‘m sorry,what I mean is my directadmin license account can't login,and find password can't revice link. all licenses become invalid

hi I receive it. but I ordered the licenses about ten years old,so I don't remember which paypal I use for paid the invoices.

if you can tell which paypal accout ,I can use that paypal accout to pay your new invoice for verification.I'm sorry for my poor english.

hello,the account not idle ,already use,I have about over ten licenses in use. I changed the email and password on 2023/8/7, and I found I can't login the account on 2023/8/9.and can't receive the find password email. A screenshot of the email when changing the password will be sent to your email. I don't know my account belongs to personal account or datacenter account,I have sent the screenshot of the my account which take on 2023/8/7.
 
Please follow the last step of the guide provided. There are no instructions in that guide to e-mail screenshots.

Please do not keep bumping this thread.
