Or do you rent hosting space at a hostingcompany and are you not able to maintain server updates, directadmin updates etc?
Besides that, DA can not manage your server account etc.

hello,the account not idle ,already use,I have about over ten licenses in use. I changed the email and password on 2023/8/7, and I found I can't login the account on 2023/8/9.and can't receive the find password email. A screenshot of the email when changing the password will be sent to your email. I don't know my account belongs to personal account or datacenter account,I have sent the screenshot of the my account which take on 2023/8/7.If the account has been idle that long, please follow the last step of the guide.
Also, is this a personal account or datacenter account that holds our "internal" licenses?
