hello everyone,
its almost 1 week that I change my server and move to a new IP address but my outgoing emails becomes blacklisted in spamhaus and I received delivery failure, as I noticed my helo value is still the old server ip address and spamhaus support team told me this is the reason but I dont know where I can change this value.
is there anyone had same problem?

If you moved to a new ip address, does your hostname resolve to the new ip address?
Check it with the nslookup command from another location like your home like:
nslookup server.domain.com
you should get the ip the server is running now on.

Then you're halfway there. For a mailserver to work correctly, the rDNS/PTR record should also point to your server.
So for example (I use internal ip's just for example) if you nslookup server.domain.com gives you a 192.168.10.5 as result then nslookup 192.168.10.5 should also give server.domain.com as a result. And I have a feeling that is the issue here.

You have to set the rDNS/PTR record (so the ip pointing to your hostname) mostly in the panel of your VPS/Dediprovider or datacenter where you got the ip from.

If already the first command (nslookup server.domain.com) does not show the correct ip address, then it's not set correctly in your DNS.

Thank you very much Richard for your reply, I'll check these thins and reply if the problem doesnt solve.
