help 550 relay not permitted

Hello,

i m in the trobule..

No one can send or get email on my server
first, i got high load average.. many emails waited on quiene..
so, i deleted input folder in the var/spool/exim/input
after then , i created same folder there..
I think i killed to exim
so i installed exim again..
but emails not working.

can u help me ?
