Help! Cannot start phpMyAdmin

As a newbie I want to install my local joomla website on the server.
So I need to create a database on the server, but when I try to start phpMyAdmin, I need to enter username and password for server https://linux23/webaware.nl:443.
But it does not accept my web-ok login/password.
What do I enter ??

You should create a DB through Directadmin (of course if you run Directadmin, if you don't use Directadmin then we will hardly help you here).
