Help changing Ip addressess due to isp change.

I have a centos server with DA installed with two IP addresses xxx.xxx.221.133 and xxx.xxx.221.134 how do I change my Da to another set of IP addresses xxx.xxx.218.133 and xxx.xxx.218.134 and can I have the old IP addresses working at the same time as the new IP addresses for the transition. all help will be most appreciated!!
