Just reinstall your VPS with Centos 7 and run DirectAdmin installation

You can run the Directadmin installation in a screen (https://www.howtoforge.com/linux_screen) to avoid this issue in the future.

In order to complete an interrupted installation process you don't need to reinstall OS, you can start with an installation script once again and ignore a warning saying directadmin is already found installed.
Change the router!
If your router/modem "is disconnected" or loses synchronism in ADSL led indicator, it is best to talk to your ISP and replace it with a new one.
It happened to me recently and I asked to change the router and the problem was solved.
