Help DNS problem

Hi every one
I am a newbie and sure could use some help

I have a domain called algiere.com with a Netopia router (with NAT) and only two servers:
DC01.algiere.com: Private IP address 10.1.x.x Public 64.136.149.198
DC02.algiere.com: Private IP address 10.1.x.x Public 64.136.149.197

(I know I should not have IIS on a server with Active directory but this is what I have to work with)

On DC01 I installed:
Active directory
DNS
IIS
On DC02 I installed:
Active directory
DNS

On DC01 I am trying to add a zone in DNS for a web site also called algiere.com
How do I setup DC01 with a privet IP address but in DNS to broadcast my public IP address?

Active directory will not let me add my public IP address to the dns.
It keeps removing it.
