Help! I click 'save as' and nothing happens!

I've been trying for about a week now to update my website. I make the changes, preveiw the html, looks good, so I click 'save as,' and nothing happens! The grey bar at the bottom of the browser window says /CMD_FILE_MANAGER when the save as button is moused over, if that helps solve the mystery.

You should check with your hosting company as it's likely a permissions error on their end.
