Hello

I am French and I translates into English with a software (excuse me)

I sent a dixaine demands for several days to all the emails of DirectAdmin and I unfortunately to date do not have an answer, I post thus here

I have several licence DirectAdmin and I want to transfer a Licence DA (dead server) on a new server (server OK).

How to make please so that you read my email or at least that you answer me?

Have you sent an email to support AT directadmin DOT com ? John and Mark normally respord to email (could take some thime but they do respond).

Otherwise contact Jeff Lasman (jlasman on this forum) at jlasman AT nobaloney DOT net , he may be able to help you.

Le problème est donc que vosu avez envoyé plusieurs mails au support DA pour obtenir un changement d'addresse ip dans une licence d'un serveur qui est mort ?

Le support est normalement très réactif, quelles sont les addresses auxquelles vous avez envoyé votre demande ?

Etes vous propriétaire des licences ou ont elles été achetées auprès d'un datacenter ?

Yes, I sent to the 3 emails available on the bond " support " of the site directadmin.coù
I sent Message deprived since forum DA to an administrator.
I have been customer for now 8 months, DirectAdmin is very well, but I do not include/understand why one does not answer!

It is as the cat where never nobody is present, and this has any hour of the day like night.

I spend the days and of the nights supplements has to wait until one answers me not to make await Jhon or Mark if there needs information.

I specify that I am of good time, in October 2004 I sent dixaines of emails over several months and, since several servers different emails, of which hotmail.com. No error message puts returned, and apparently over these 2 months nobody received my requests at DirectAdmin!

I do not want to make noise here, but I pay the support, and excuse me, I am not too content with this one.
I have to ask for several times of the invoices for my accountancy, which I never received.

I asked for the stop of a licence, jamias one stopped it to me, and to even continue to make turn this licence.

I stop there, I want just quer one gives me my rights, it is all!

For proof, in 8 months, you never intended to speak about me, but mainenant, parès all that, I am frankly deçu.

Thank you with you, and I hope that all will return in the order very quickly, because my new waiter wait, and I lose dixaines customers while waiting.

Je répete en français pourquoi je viens poster ici devant tout lem onde alors que je ne l'ai jamais fais avant.

Je réponds que oui effectivement je suism oi meme la personne qui reservent et payent les licences DA.

Sachez que je suis très comptent du panel de controle et c'est pour cela que j'insiste et que j'esssaye de me faire entendre, car cela m'enbeterais vraiment de partir ailleurs.

J'ai envoyé Message privé depuis le forum DA à un administrateur.
Je suis client depuis maintenant 8 mois, DirectAdmin est très bien, mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi on ne repond pas !

C'est comme le chat où jamais personne n'est présent, et ceci a n'importe quelle heure du jour comme de la nuit.

Je passe des jours et des nuits complète a attendre que l'on me réponde pour ne pas faire attendre Jhon ou Mark si il y a besoin de renseignement.

Je précise que je suis de bonne fois, en Octobre 2004 j'ai envoyé des dixaines d'emails sur plusieurs mois et, depuis plusieurs servers emails différents, dont hotmail.com. Aucun message d'erreur ne met revenu, et apparemment sur ces 2 mois personne n'a reçu mes demandes chez DirectAdmin!

J'ai demander plusieurs fois des factures pour ma comptabilité, que je n'ai jamais reçu.

J'ai demandé l'arrêt d'une licence, jamias on ne me l'a arrêté, et même continuer à faire tourner cette licence.

J'arrête là, je veux juste quer l'on me donne mes droits, c'est tout !

Pour preuve, en 8 mois, vous n'avez jamais entendu parler de moi, mais mainenant, parès tout ça, je suis franchement deçu.

Merci à vous, et j'espère que tout va rentrer dans l'ordre très vite, car mon nouveau serveur attends, et je perds des dixaines de clients en attendant.

I forgot to announce nevertheless that at the beginning all went perfectly well!

As I have it I say translates my French into English by a software. Can be the support with evil included/understood an expression!
I say that bus to the all beginning was well, then I try to find an excuse with support DA.
I do not like to show, but if a French expression were badly included/understood, I excuse myself some sincerely!
I does not include/understand why the support answers very quickly the other customers and not me
It is necessary to put the things at clear, that cannot last thus.

But I make a point of saying that if it is for a translation badly interpreted and badly included/understood, I of it am not conscious.

Hi,

It is sometimes very difficult to interpreate what your (translated) text should be. Please be aware that you are not the only one complaining about the support of DA. Mark and John are very busy people as they have to support several hunderd users and there are only 2 people. Jeff sells support for DA and I believe others do too and they may be able to help you when DA Support can't.

DirectAdmin, one had never said it to me front.

I understand very well, and I make a point of saying that John
and Mark are people apparently very devoted and sympathetic nerves.

I do not include/understand the policy of DirectAdmin which makes
cotiser a support is saying unlimited, and that it have there only 2
people for hundreds of customers.

I support John and Mark with 100%, but not the Management of DA which
should engage to relieve John and Mark.

I sent U message deprived to dirty DirectAdmin which is on line in this moment even, as well as an email and I see that everyone done it dead.
I was very patient, even very very patient since October 2004.
I say that my patience has limits and that I would not keep silent myself like celà, you can believe me.

I ask just for my rights, nothing more will know that my liences DA are up to date! You do not love French? Eh well do not take their money then! OK

You are really deplorable, and I am still very polished, believe me

After read this thread, I'm very worry about the support I can wait when I need to activate me unlimited DA licence. :(

Well I do not have to say to you what you have to do, but believe me, I have all the evidence of what I say here

Have even higher looked by you, I posted for this morning several messages of alarm because the support that I cotise never gives me answers.
I asked for invoices until I wait still 5 months after my many requests
DirectAdmin with continued to take on my chart of banking payment, whereas I had not given the right, I directly informed thus Paypal and blocked DirectAdmin at my bank.
After thus I did not pay any more by chart but by bank check, and DA did not even prevenait me when the cheque had arrived, whereas I asked for several times if DA had received my cheque.

In October 2004 I waited 3 months before one day finally somebody says something.

Maintaining for 4 days I have waited for the transfer of my licence! You imagine what my customers think who await their accounts lodging which they ordered in my company?

You are free Sir, and will know that if you want, I have all the evidence with heading of the waiter for the emails that I speak to you.

This evening Directadmin accountancy was on line and DirectAdmin support also was on line, and did not answer my calls.

I even with 23heures sent several messages deprived to these two people, but they did not even answer me!

What to say moreover????
